The 2010 Artful Bra calendars are now available!

The photo is of the cover of this soon-to-be collector’s item!

Calendars are $15.00 each, with the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society, via the University at Buffalo’s Employee’s Campaign for the Community.

I’d like to thank everyone who visited our little site and bid on the bras and voted for their favorites.  Not every bra sold – but that’s OK.  We have plans for next year.  For now, let’s get to the winners!

The Artful Bra - Bidding & Voting

 

Bid on your favorite Bra and take it home !!!

 

The bras are up for auction, a $25.00 minimum bid, with the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society to benefit Breast Cancer research and to help provide mammograms for those who otherwise couldn't afford them. 

You can bid for the bra you'd like to own at any time, and you can always bid more than once, simply by emailing your bid and the name of the bra you want to Mary-Camille at schwind@buffalo.edu  or, you can send your bid via postal mail to:

Minimum starting bid is $25.  Bidding will close at 11 pm on October 30th.

Current bids will be posted and updated on the website as soon as possible.

Winners will be contacted no later than November 6th.

We're also giving awards to the bra artists, so you can vote for your favorite Bra as well.  The five categories are listed below.  E-mail the category, the artist's name and the name of the bra(s) to Mary-Camille at schwind@buffalo.edu.  You can also send your votes via postal mail to:

UB's Artful Bra - Information

The Artful Bra

A display of "creative brassieres" designed and created by University at Buffalo staff and members of the Western New York community, to be auctioned to raise funds for the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.
This project is part of the University Employees Campaign for the Community, an annual campaign which raises funds for the United Way and other Western New York Charities.

The bras will be on display at the University's Center for the Arts, in the Atrium Display Cases, outside the Main Stage, from September 21st through October 30th.

This site is where you can view the bras (photos coming shortly) , bid on which one you'd like to win and vote for your favorites! Winners will be notified by November 6, 2009.
